“Ordered 3 parts for my car and they were suppose to arrive the next day. They still haven't arrived and there's no way to track my order.”

“Bought part and spent £30 for delivery. More than a week later still haven't received the part that is a bloody disgrace for that price. I have phone courier twice - still waiting.”

“I have had good service previously, but this time the part took 7 days to arrive from ordering. Being in Ireland the deliver charge is £30. Instead of the usual courier it came by post (£8.50 stamp) ! It arrived too late for the annual DOE test and the van failed due to a cracked lense. That has cost me an extra €43.58 for a retest. I was not very happy!!”
