“Part arrived on time, but was not a genuine Toyota part, so beware. Also, upon returning for a refund, the postage was deducted for a SECOND time, even though I had already paid the postage at the time of ordering. Would not use again.”

“the bumper i received was a very poor quality and does not sit correctly on the car. Some shipping damage was also present as scratches and scuffs.”

“Email to advise order had been despatched was sent 5 minutes prior to delivery attempt, therefore no one available to sign for it. 5 Days later still not arrived. Telephoned to chase it up was told they would look into it and call me back, still no one has called me back. Could have bought this with free delivery from another company but thought by paying for delivery with tracking service would stop us having to stay home for a week to sign for it. So feeling very let down.”

“Ordered parts on the 29/06/16 for delivery on the 30/06/16, we are on the 06/07/16 and I have still not received my order. could not contact them on there main contact details so I am having escalate the matter via paypal”

“Dear Sir / Madam, Your staff were helpful and polite. I required a replacement near side door mirror for which your staff took my car registration and confirmed the vehicle etc. When the unit arrived it is not quite the same. The unit does not have a thermometer/ temp sensor (which the original had) and the plastic moulding below the mirror has a raised section which when driving creates a very noticeable wind noise ( the old one did not have this moulding). As you can see I had fitted the unit before these issues were noticed.”

“LAST TUES..... I TRIED PHONING AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH RETURN PHONE NO BUT GOT NO REPLY, I SENT EMAIL ASKING VERIFICATION ON A PART WED.......EVENTUALLY E MAIL ARRIVED ,I DID NOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER A SO I EMAILED BACK ASKING FOR A STRAIGHT ANSWER I RECEIVED NO FURTHER EMAILS THU.....EVENTUALLY GOT THROUGH ON PHONE DANNY ANSWERED , AGREED PICTURE OF AUDI A3 POST 2001 PICTURE IDENTICAL TO PRE 2001 AND SAID HE WOULD CHECK IT OUT AND PHONE BACK STRAIGHT AFTER LUNCH ..1630 i PHONED SPOKE TO TOM WHO LEFT MESSAGE FOR DANNY.DANNY DID NOT CALL FRI..I PHONED AND TOM TOOK OVER AND RESOLVED THE CASE .THE PICTURE SHOWS INCORRECT WING. PRICES ARE GOOD BUT SERVICE NOT VERY GOOD ...THANK TOM WHO DID WELL DELIVERY FANTASTIC VERY QUICK”

“Very quick delivery on behalf of a very determined driver, but the clips for the light female socket arrived broken. I've had to adapt it myself so I can be allowed to drive to work at night.”

“Ordered my part on the Thursday the 28th at 1:30. Expected the part on Friday as the website advertises next day delivery if ordered before 5. Needless to say the part didn't arrive and as it's a bank holiday I now won't get it until Tuesday the 3rd now”

“Accidently ordered to the wrong address. Called immediately to no answer (was at about 6pm on a Friday which is fair enough) but also emailed within minutes of emailing and this email was never acknowledged and the address was never updated.”
