“still waiting for the item to arrive bought on Sunday monday was bank holiday allow 2 extra days give it till friday then will cancel”

“The part was identified very quickly by the customer service team and came very quickly. However, I am concerned that it may not be in a good enough condition to fit. The part was described as being scratched/marked/used condition. However, on the reverse there is a plastic pin that is almost broken off. One blue fixing pin broken and a couple more missing. It remains to be seen if it will fit closely enough to do the job.”

“It was written that it is a HELLA type headlights and they send me cheapest TYC (CHINA) headlamps, how i need to know that it is TYC Headlights? If they write Hella Type so why they do not write that TYC company makes them... There ia plenty others sellers who sell them cheaper. No company name when i bought them. I felt bit confused then i get box and its says TYC on a box which means that i overpaid a lot... If someone buys from here, try to get as much as you can info, otherwise they will send you cheapest...”

“I used your Company as it stated if you order before 1700 hours the item would be delivered the next day. I ordered the part on Thursday 24th August around 1530 hrs, I am still awaiting delivery. My car has now been off the road for 4 days whilst I am still awaiting delivery”

“Still waiting for delivery. Ordered on Thursday before 5:00pm. Should have been dispatched on Friday but no tracking details or confirmation of dispatch received. Still not sure when parts are to arrive but website explained a next day delivery service. If only....”

“After ringing the company to explain that the item required had to be delivered to a different address other than mine, I was told that if I paid by card I couldn't do this but if I paid via PayPal I could. I also asked whether I should put my own address on the order form or the actual delivery address - I told told delivery address. I placed the order. A couple of days later the package was delivered to my home address ! I had to redirect it to the proper delivery address.”

“Delivery driver said he put a card through door when he tried to deliver at 06:30 am. Nothing left. Crazy time to deliver. Asked for delivery after 09:30 told not possible would have to courier goods so delivery now longer than stated.”

“You should read your own emails if you did then it would be apparent that you did not supply me with the part I ordered.The wing mirror was damaged and you said it was the last one in stock,but I looked on ebay and amazon and you are still advertising the part as in stock and having at least four to order.Why did you not send one of these? If your have run out of the wingmirror you need to update ebay and amazon more quickly,instead of giving people false hope.”

“My daughter ordered the parts before 17:00pm on a Thursday, the information said I would recieve it the day after, which did not happen. I still have not recieved the parts for my car. My daughter recieved an email with the purchase information and it said she would recieve another one with tracking information, she got the second email but no one mention of the parcel tracking information. Hopefully I will get my products on Monday or Tuesday. I will still recommend the business to friends and family don't worry about that. But when a company states you will get it the next day that's what you expect to happen. Thank you.”

“I purchased the car part on a Sunday. I read the delivery estimates and I was meant to receive my product on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received anything. I was not sent a confirmation email or an email to say my product had been dispatched, yet the money has been taken out of my bank account. I have emailed new vehicle parts and they have made me aware that my delivery is in the warehouse because my address seems to be wrong. I have never had an issue with my delivery address from the 20 years I've been living there. I still haven't been told what will happen now.”
