AVOID - INCOMPETENT UNETHICAL LIARS - After sending wrong part (costing me garage time and money) 'Paul' finally agreed to pay return postage. Part returned - return postage not refunded. Have lodged written complaint with Ebay & Doncaster Trading Standards, so at least their card is well and truly marked. Also, DO NOT BELIEVE ONLINE RESPONSES POSTED BY COMPANY - COMPLETE DRIVEL. Response written to my earlier complaint is PACK OF LIES. I would also not trust gushing positive reviews posted after any complaint - their nature & timing leads me to believe they are posted by company acolytes

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - sent wrong part, cost me garage time/ money + return postage time and cost. Ebay ad a disgrace - indicated one part only for my car, no mention of veh reg check needed. Reality - more than one part, did not stock correct for my car. Refused to accept blame and pay for return postage even though stated by phone they should have performed veh reg check Cowboy back of a shed company. Ignorant, negligent customer service woman. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Customer arrogant and argumentative. When originally ordering he said he knew what part he wanted without checking first. Offered full refund on return but that was not good enough for him.

Absolutely awful, Ordered a replacement wing for my car to which they sent me the wrong one, I realised this after I had it sprayed. The owner then told me if it was primed again he would exchange it, so I payed for it to be re primed and sent out to get my replacement, a month later, I have no replacement wing and no refund after sending 10+ emails and getting ignored! Would avoid at all costs

I got the wrong part. I ordered a 2004 wing mirror cover for a Renault Kangoo & I got a part for a 2008 transit so it no good,

I ordered a RH front wing for my classic mini and left instructions with order to ensure correct part was being sent,( RHF wing with repeater hole and NO aerial hole) well they sent a LH wing WITH an aerial hole and repeater hole and could not have been any more wrong with order. The new wing that came wrongly had 3 stickers on it. two describing NO aerial hole and one describing with aerial hole??? Disappointed is not what I am thinking at the moment. Yes they need to get their act together if they truly want to improve service. sorry but the poor score is the best they deserve for a panel company.

Ordered part for next day delivery on monday the 14th. Recieved an email on the 15th stating it has just dispatched with a 48hour delivery time. It's now Friday the 16th and still haven't recieved my order or and tracking. Very poor service.

DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.... PARTS DAMAGED AND SAID THEY WOULD CHANGE IT, THEY NEVER TURNED UP WITH REPLACEMENT ......

Mirror housing ostensibly for more than one car from VW Group, mine is Skoda Rapid from 2013, so should be fine for mirror housing for 2012 model. Arrived at body shop, sprayed (pre-primed), then found there was no bracket on inside of unit for fitting to car. Repairman needed to use own contacts (I'm still waiting), so a -day job is now 6 days and counting. Of course, respray to car colour means that part no longer returnable (and to be fair, it's not the best quality I've ever seen - though that may be a reflection of the price; there's a visible crease along it where the original didn't have one.

The delivery took ages as i had my car waiting for a part and the place charge me 25pound per night cos the car had no Road tax or insurance...so disappointed ....and even you charged me for delivery..

Worst customer service I have experienced on ebay. Misleading and incorrect part number in adverts, NO apology offered. Not willing to accept responsibility or acknowledge the inconvenience caused to customer. Avoid

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I always try to give online companies the benefits of the doubt when things go wrong, and the opportunity to put things right. I understand its someone's livelyhood. But having received a badly damaged front bumper from New Vehicle Parts, or Prasco limited, things changed. The part arrived with several large, deep scratches in the supposedly new bumper, upon contacting the supplier they asked could I repair it for a discount (assuming that I have the skillset or budget to complete such a task) when I said no they went silent. PayPal found in my favour on complaint as Prasco/New Vehicle Parts did not dispute. Do not buy from. The seller is illiterate, assumes the buyer is an idiot and refuses to take responsibility for its own damaged goods. The worst customer service I've ever received. I bought a new part on ebay from a reliable supplier no issues. Avoid like the clap
