“Had to pay £30 pp even though I live on the mainland!! Got email say my order would be with me on 11-4-17 still waiting for it to arrive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“It is noow 19.30 on Wednesday 1st February and I have not received my order promised for yestarday 31st January. On that day I received an email sent at 06.50 advising that the item would be delivered between 06.00 and 6.00pm that day. Firstly that email was only sent after the start time and secondly I believe an attempt may have been made to deliver at 06.30. Do you really expect people to be up at that time to take a delivery especially when the email was sent after the attempted delivery. other couriers deliver at sensible times. When I was out today I put a notice on the door"leave in the porch" NOTHING”

“I ordered a grill for a Mercedes A-Class. I've received a grill for what looks like a Mazda. I confirmed the Car Reg and Car Make/Model and they still sent the wrong one!! Feels like a scam.”

“The delivery driver was outside my requested delivery address. And he has phoned me saying he was there but I wasn't home so I've asked him to drop it to my neighbour and he hasn't and now his phone is going straight to voicemail. It's shocking.”

“I went on the website for Skoda mirror parts, and you have sent the part shown in your picture for Skoda and it does _not_ fit my Skoda. I note it has a VW code but I presumed that indicated that there was a common fit with Skoda and VW as my Skoda has a lot of parts common to a VW Passat I am told.”

“I have not reveived my item. I have not received any confirmation email for my purchase. I have no information for whether or not my package has been dispatched. I dont know when my package is likely to arrive or whether it is on its way or not, although I have still been asked to write a review.”

“I was not very happy. When I found out my order was sent out in the post. With a first class stamp. Like a normal letter. But I was still charged 7 pounds. postage and packaging. I will not be useing your company again thank you.”

“No note left through the door the driver left me a voicemail I called back and she was really rude she didn't give me a number to ring why say delivery instructions if your not going to leave it where I asked ? So over all not a good experience and no part that I offered and paid for !!! Bad customer service don't no how to re deliver I've been given no instructions the drive was useless”

“Do not buy from this company. The are a joke! I ordered a new rear light, it arrived damaged. I was instructed to send it back at my own expense £5.95. I was told I would get this money back never did. They sent a second one, also damaged! Another £5.95 out my own pocket. Canceled order got refund a month later! Only after getting Pay Pal involved! Never got my refund for returning two set of damaged products. Do not use this company! I wish I had used Euro Car Parts first, same price for the product and free delivery.”
