“Do not buy from this company. The are a joke! I ordered a new rear light, it arrived damaged. I was instructed to send it back at my own expense £5.95. I was told I would get this money back never did. They sent a second one, also damaged! Another £5.95 out my own pocket. Canceled order got refund a month later! Only after getting Pay Pal involved! Never got my refund for returning two set of damaged products. Do not use this company! I wish I had used Euro Car Parts first, same price for the product and free delivery.”

“My van failed the Mot test on Saturday, due to a broken offside mirror and so I came to you because you advertised a quick delivery. I ordered on Saturday and expected delivery on Monday of this week. It is now Tuesday 5.45pm and still no mirror.”

“The photograph of the side indicator on line shows the bulb holder. When I received the indicator the bulb holder was not included. I did ring before ordering on line to make sure I was getting the correct item and did mention at the time that the bulb holder was faulty and that was the reason for ordering this item. Why was I not told then that the holder wasn't included? After delivery I rang up to ask about the bulb holder and was told it wasn't included and that they do not sell them. I was offered a refund but they would not refund the postage. Not very good customer service.”

“Delivery was delayed without notice. I ordered Saturday morning at about 1am. It was due to arrive Tuesday between 6am-6pm. It's Wednesday and i still haven't recieved my order.”

“I ordered my parts expected them the following day however apparently the delivery driver could not find address so left a message to say he'll come back the next day. Someone was home all day waiting for the delivery and since then no delivery has been received.”

“Pros-received part in 2 days. Cons- part quality poor. took more payment than asked for. Abt 3 pounds. Had problem returning part. Didn't refund the extra charge they took. Called and asked for invoice.None recieved. Overall poor service”

“Outlining specifically the part I wanted it was the wrong size. When I explained this to the seller there was no word of an apology. With cost of postage and time involved it wasn't worth my while sending it back”
