Not good at all. Wrong item received. Emailed to ask to return item and have my original order sent out- still waiting!!

Delivery is great however the part didn't fit. It was a similar shape but had extra plastic that made it impossible to fit into the wheel arche.

Order was lost in the system due to ‘IT’ problems. But was dispatched when I called and chased when it would be delivered 3 days later.

Terrible. Item poor quality and bad advertisement resulting in item being wrong and having to be sent back. Bad customer service, very expensive delivery and had to pay to return. Would never use again.

I called them to check it was the correct part I was ordering online. A grumpy man answered and was muttering and didn’t seem helpful at all!!!! You could tell he didn’t want to help me. Anyway, part arrived it was very similar to the genuine part however, it didn’t fit corrrectly but it will do....

Ordered via eBay! Chased a week after it was due only to be told courier must have lost it! No tracking number, no information. Terrible attitude and not interested in resolving! Got a refund although 2 weeks after it was ordered. Had an email to say he’s blocked my account from buying from him again!!!!! As if I would want to. Companies like his give eBay it’s poor reputation!

I ordered a part for my car so selected the part for cars up to 2012 as my car is 2011 but the part came and was incorrect.I was told by Paul Waugh that as the incorrect part was ordered i had to pay the return postage.I clearly didn't order the incorrect part which i explained to Paul as i ordered the part that related to the year of my vehicle but then got no reply.Hence i am returning the part at a cost to myself and sourced a replacement part from a different company.

hi we have replied to every message from the customer his car was the new shape the year ranges are guide line only and its customers responsibility to make sure the picture and description matches there vehicle thanks

After a brief phone call to confirm suitability of the part(Kia electric o/s mirror) I ordered and paid online. All seemed to be ok, confirmation email etc, then a day later an email informing me my payment has been refunded. No communication as to why or if the part will be available. Disappointing!
