Not sure why review should preceed the recipt of the product. i ordered a product and never received it and you are asking me for review. this is like cat before the horse. it would have been better to allow few weeks after receipt of product, get it installed and have a feeling of what it looks like. no communication whatsoever on delivery.

Just received wing mirror covers and to my surprise and disappointment they are different colours. Wasn’t going to paint them but now I have to fork out more money to get them to match

I order Friday 12 a clock and I don’t receive nothing about delivery details When I ring them Monday nobody knows about my delivery This is not the way to make business

Very disappointed, the fit of the light is poor due to the seal being too big in diameter which means the light sits about 3mm proud of the recess meaning water will just sit here. Also the plastic housings that the screws tighten into are very soft so the screws have actually stripped the inside out and so now there is nothing to tighten the screw against! This was a waste of money so will now be purchasing an original VW part which I wish I had done in the first place.

The first time it came it was broken then they said they will send out a new one which they didn't and now I am still waiting for the item and my rest of the money that they own me

Arrived prompt the o/s wing damaged gave them a call replacement to be here tomorrow no hassle good to deal with New wing arrived today as promised good company to deal with

I paid for a car wing mirror which i never received for 6 days now Contacted paul, confirmed my address so was told by him to contact yodel because apparently the driver couldnt loacted my property which i did however yodel told me that my details did not match the parcel so i should contact the seller to sort it out, Sent an email again to paul which he completely ignored and never got back to me... so no car part received and money was gone , so beware people!!

I ordered a right-hand side wing mirror for my Fiat 500. The website clearly states that right hand is drivers side. However, when the part arrived I soon realised that it was the right-hand mirror for a left-hand drive vehicle, and hence at the wrong angle. I tried to discuss this with a customer service adviser. After some very curt emails from them, they eventually said I could return the part for a refund, but did not offer to replace the part with the correct one, or admit fault.

customer used wrong address on the order tried to explain that unless you have the address set up on pay pal and confirm they will just default back to your old address this is to prevent fraud customer would have none of this and became vulgar and abusive to my staff

Ordered a Ford focus headlight in order to pass an mot re test. I was sent an audi headlight, leaving me no time for a replacement in time to re test. Ended up buying from the garage at a premium. First and last time I shall be using you and I will not be recommending you to fail, friends and work colleagues. Sadly you get what you pay for

you sent it to the wrong address . I gave both my delivery address and billing address and then you left off the delivery address and sent it to the wrong one. I was told that if you do it online that you can have it sent to the delivery address but i see that didnt happen

Item sent to the address put on the order and confirmation was sent to yourself with no queries of an incorrect address being raised. Attempted delivery within 48 hours from the order being placed.

I ordered a rear bumper on the 18th April, to date I have not even received the email to say this has been dispatched, I was expecting delivery in two days as quoted, and I cannot get a reply from the telephone number on the receipt. I sent an email on the 21st and have not received a reply I would like to know whether I will receive this item or not as my mot has now expired.

To whom it may concern , Having attempted to purchase door mirrors for a Peugeot 106 1998 zest :-/side +o/side on eBay but could not locate part no for rhs, decided to phone company to make sure had both , only to be answered by someone PAUL who to be kind, was a disgusting individual who only wanted me to purchase through eBay or web site ,not through the company and was indeed the most rude person I have come across in my life ,And should be dismissed tot sweet !!!!!I also intend to discredit this company at every opportunity I get through Facebook,Twitter,and eBay Absolutely most disgusting co many I have come across in 55years in motor trade !!!!!

I ordered a part from New Vehicle Parts which was needed to pass my car's MOT. New Vehicle Parts delivery was supposed to be next working day, however it took a week for the part to arrive, by which time it was too late and I had to make alternative arrangements.
