I received the wrong colour and it doesn’t fit properly. Everytime I drive it falls off

we dont send in colours these are new parts and need painting

they are not advertised in colours we only sell aftermarket new parts

You sent me a part for a new model when I specifically ordered the part for the older model, I can't even be bothered to get my money back, I've already got the right piece from someone else.

Very disappointed. From the picture it looked like I was purchasing the whole wing mirror cover. When it arrived I noticed it was only the top half.

I ordered the part I required and received a confirmation Email. Three days later the money was returned to my account without any explanation. No further correspondence has been received, an email or telephone call would have been appreciated to explain their action

I didn't receive my order yet but they want me to do the review...my order is late..didn't came when it should..but tey didn't bother to let me know I had to call and find out that was not in stock item...so I had to replan everything..lose time and money👎..not happy with that!

We still haven't had part ordered. We still don't know when it's coming. They said they tried to deliver at 6am. My wife was up out of bed and down stairs. No card was left.i have rang & still have not received any email to sayits dispatched. Disgusting

Ordered part which was indicated would arrive next day. Confirmation of order indicated that a second email would inform me of tracking details and arrival on dispatch. Nothing happened - waiting for delivery next day (Friday) - I tried to ring - no success in the morning; eventually asked for clarification by email - unfriendly email back saying 'what clarification'? Phoned and got through in afternoon and was told that it would be with me on Monday. Still no email with tracking details and further info indicating that goods had been dispatched. So ev. and reluctantly sent email to cancel order. Re-sent email yesterday (Saturday) to confirm cancellation. First communication following order confirmation that comes from the company indirectly is the request for a review. Not very efficient adn satisfactory communication. Just hope they have cancelled order! And issued full refund.

Site stated next day dispatch and delivery. Didn't happen. No email notification of dispatch yet either, despite ordering in plenty of time prior to weekend. Don't make promises you can't keep.

Where do I start? I ordered my parts on 29/3/17 and they have not arrived yet. I tried phoning and got no answer. I emailed and enquired to their whereabouts and was told that they had been returned as a failed delivery even though someone had been at home. I asked when the failure happened and was told they had a system failure and could not access that information. I asked to be called but was continuously asked for a date for redelivery. That date was today and still no delivery. Someone sitting and waiting all day. I will not use the company again and would not recommend to anyone.

you sent the wrong item ,tried phoning went to answer machine ,then when i got through the phone was put down without even speaking . i have emailed you then was asked to send a picture of the wrong item via email which i did only to comfirm you had sent the wrong one after several emails to paul waugh we agreed for it to be collected from my wifes place of work emailed all the address details which he replied no problem will send a driver tomorrow[12 april thursday] no driver turned up and i am still waiting for the correct part,this the worst service i have ever encounted just emailed you again in desperation am i ever going to get my item that i have paid for ?

I'm still waiting on my to front wings for my car and I ordered them on Thursday afternoon. It's now Sunday and the car is booked in to be painted tomorrow. Here's hoping they are here by tomorrow.
