I ordered replacement black plastic cover for my t5 , but when it turned up the piece that clips on the front was black and the back piece was grey . Got in touch by email to get return details and was told that £5.00 would be deducted to pay for the postage it cost them to send it to me in first place . As far as I'm concerned I should be refunded in full and they could even reimburse me for the £3.90 that it cost me to send it back . Have left a message on their answer phone to speak to someone haven't had a reply yet .

Wrong goods sent and no paperwork to return continually rang and did try email not happy with service at all

when the headlight arrived one of the fixing lugs was broken off. no problem! got over this.but unfortunately after fixing to the vehicle peugeot 405. although the headlight was the correct shape, inside the housing, there was no provision for the sidelight bulb.this obviously makes the vehicle illegal.this is obviously a big problem ,and i,m not sure what to do.. paul

I ordered a new ring mirror at the weekend assured the delivery process was quick. I received an email on 28th June saying that the delivery had been shipped and that it would be delivered between 6am and 6pm that day. 2 days later on the 30th June I am still yet to receive my product. I need to use my car tomorrow so unfortunately it looks like I am going to have to go elsewhere and try to get one in time. Not a happy customer!!

DO NOT USE THEM! Ordered parts 27/04/2016 - part arrived quickly but broken, Second part sent out was the wrong part. Returned the broken and wrong parts with the promise of the postage back, Never received. After lots of emails. Wrong part sent out again. To this day 23/06/2016, We have not received the correct part or a refund.

Order was scheduled for delivery 2 days ago. Still no sign of it being delivered. No response to my email sent when enquiring the whereabouts. Not happy

Ordered on Saturday details suggested they would try and deliver on monday. Delivered 9.30 monday morning. Excellent service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order which went through all well and good on Friday Monday morning after chasing the order, I was informed it would be delivered that day. Once chasing again later in the evening I was informed it was cancelled as they couldn't find the last one in stock! Absolute shambles, disgrace of a company. Total jokers and clowns.

The parts haven't arrived stayed in all day on the day they supposed to arrive but no not here!! And no tracking number to see who going to delivery on the second email overall very shabby wouldn't buy from them again!! They add tracking not down to them so therefore deliver with a courier that can give an hour delivery slot simple!!! They possibly are!!

I ordered afog light holder from you in good faith and according to the photos you supply in your online catalogue, you show both holders upside down from the way they would be installed on the car. I have been in contact with you by email and I am getting no response about swapping the incorrect part for the correct part. The red advice box for purchase is so far down the online page that no-one sees it unless they scroll which must cause a problem for a lot of purchasers. Any good supplier would have this information incorporated into the descriptions for the fog light holders that presently say left and right and do not mention drivers side or passenger side which is what was mentioned in the one response I have had about swapping the part. I wanted this part for my car MOT and I don't yet have the correct part. I do hope you are now not going to say that I contacted you too late because you delivered the part to the Post Office and not to me. You need to sort out this problem quickly and if it is not sorted out satisfactorily, I will be taking the matter further. You have had my money and given no good service and no workable product. Let me have the number I need to return the part so that I can get this matter sorted.

I ordered a Grille for a Ford Fiesta Zetec 2006, this company sent the wrong part. I was told to send it back, which I did on the same day as I received it,thinking I would receive a refund,instead they accused Royal Mail of damaging the part. They refused to give me any money back at all,even though the part they sent me was not the part I ordered.

Ordered my items before 9am on a Thursday. Haven't received them yet (Sunday morning). Understandable that they were not delivered on Friday due to the public holiday but should have been despatched on Thursday and received Saturday as this was a working day. Will wait until Tuesday and will then be contacting for full refund if not received. If received Tuesday, will still be asking for a refund on the best part of £10 spent on next working day delivery.

Appalling. Sent wrong part. I had to pay for sending it back to them and no refund despite promising via email that they would refund it. Very rude emails and terrible attitude from Paul (who is the owner apparently). Went to PowerfulUK.com for the same part cheaper with excellent customer service.

I ordered the part on thursday got an email saying it would be delivered Friday between 8am and 6pm and it never arrived phoned up to be told it can take upto 2 working day was told I would get a call back never happened when phoned up for 2nd time was asked to forward the email which I did told I would be phoned back and never got a call again not very happy at all as stayed in all day and nothing so will now have to stay in Monday and hope it arrives
