Decided to purchase 2 new wing mirrors online as I found prices were cheaper than what local garages were quoting. I needed the replacements asap so I went with New Vehicle Parts Online purely because they advertised that they did next day delivery (The exact statement was "all orders placed before 5pm we aim to deliver next working day to UK Mainland addresses" along with an estimated delivery time advertised on the product page as the following day. As soon as I had placed the order I received an e-mail saying that they "aim to deliver within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 4 days". I was left feeling very cheated as that was not what they had advertised. The delivery took 4 days and was very poorly packaged with no padding or protection inside the box and various large holes where the mirrors had obviously poked through whilst being thrown around, luckily the mirrors were not damaged but they easily could have been. I will not be ordering again due the false advertising of delivery times and lack of secure packaging.

I ordered the parts on a Friday and received a phone call the following Tuesday saying the courier couldn't find my address as the courier service only gave him part of my address. I responded explaining my address and full directions and received a text message saying he was no longer in the area and would try again the following day. I have received and heard nothing since

Ordered parts on the 24th December 2015 have not received them . Tried to contact them via their email link it did not work, tried direct email to sales, no reply. Still waiting.

I ordered a wing mirror with indicator but was sent one without. When I phoned to explain I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and only after a lengthy conversation with further emails was agreed it was not my mistake. I sent the wrong mirror back recorded which was signed for on the Wednesday. I assumed the new mirror would be there by Monday at the latest. I emailed as it hadn't and was told it only arrived on the Friday and would be posted immediately. I left it until the Friday and still no mirror. I then emailed on the Monday and had to explain that it still hadn't arrived. I was to it had but was sent the original delivery confirmation. After several emails eventually got them to send it without an apology. Very dissapointed. The product however, when it finally arrived was fine.

Delivery driver came when no one in & left msg for me to call supplier to rearrange delivery. Called supplier - no one answered - had to leave voice msg - no one returned my call. Tried to email company - but their email address does not allow emails to be delivered. Have already paid for item - but have no idea if / when it will be delivered due to zero communication by company

Well, one day delivery didn't happen... Ordered Thursday, now Sunday, still hasn't arrived. And I was quite impressed with all the reviews originally...

Still awaiting delivery!!!! As you have sent out an e-mail requesting a review based on your normal expected delivery timescale you have failed to meet your target, which is disappointing considering the carriage charge levied.

When placing the order the payment wouldn't go through and no confirmation email was received so i tried again the following day and it worked and i got a confirmation email. I waited patiently for 3 days (the website promoted next day delivery although i later found out this wasn't guaranteed) i decided to check my bank account to make sure payment had been taken, and it had but 3 times and i still hadn't received the product and i was going away for the weekend so really needed the product (wing mirror) urgently for safety driving. I emailed customer service and i did get a quick response from my email but this was only to tell me that even though i had a confirmation email my order hadn't gone through! it took me numerous emails back and forward to get an answer as the person who was replying to me responded with very short, only a few word emails, and no explanation whatsoever as to why my order hadn't gone through despite me paying 3 times and receiving a confirmation! She/he eventually agreed to send me the product out but it was over a week later from my first order date that i received it. The product is perfectly fine but the customer service wasn't. And if you need something quick i'd go else where as they will not guarantee next day delivery as "it depends on how busy we are". If you don't mind waiting then go for it as prices are cheap, but if your payment doesn't go through first time check your account as you might be charged but may not receive anything.

Dear Sarah, Thank you for your review and bringing this to our attention and please accept our apologies , we have had a few issues with the site on the orders side, since we we're forced to upgrading one of the payment gateways, since then we have had one or two teething problems with orders not processing correctly, or taking payments more than once, we are aware of it and working to resolve this with the payment gateway provider, if this happens which is very rare, we've refunded the payments straight back to the customer and process the order within 24 - 48 hours. We are now going to look at your case to find out who dealt with this, and why it took so long to deliver the parts to you, this is not the way we usually conduct our services. I am still waiting for the part. You did your pert well from what I could see, although I did have to ask for a tracking number. APC left a message CARDED which I did not understand and so I called to ask them what it meant. They left a card at the wrong house and will now deliver on Tuesday morning using my telephone number if they have problems again. In this village this commonly occurs because we do not have street names (just house names) and satnavs go to the wrong places. The post office always know house names to deliver to but delivery vans never know them.

The delivery,today no one Home,wasnt expecting the part that quick,we only ordered after 3pm friday,driver left a slip saying we missed you,i called the Phone number,wrong number,Guy who answered tried to put me through,no luck,still waiting since 12 noon today,do far at 4 pm no call back,someone can be in tomorrow,wednesday and thursday od that helps, my contact number 07801674659.

Hi Couldn't fault your ordering or delivery process as it was very quick and easy but unfortunately your product has let you down. The plastic in its colour and finish are not even a close match to the original so it sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the inserts. Back to the dealer for me to get a genuine as I can't live with the difference.

Part came on time but I need to return it. I have rang several times and left messages but had no call back. I have a bumper sat in my children's playroom that I don't need and i'm out of pocket. Cant return until I have a returns number and cant get through to anyone to get the return reference- poor service.

Very good quick easy to use only problem was the bumper was cracked and need had the time for replacement . Emailed about problem and never hurd back

I ordered a bumper on Monday morning, it said next day delivery, I have my old bumper took off ready to put this one on as thought it would only be a day, it's now Wednesday I am unable to drive my car as bumper is off, I rang up they said it was only dispatched this morning.... And will be here next week,... To me that is not next day delivery, and means I also haven't a car until the part arrives, quite annoying!
