“Received mirror within 48 hrs, well packaged, looks good and solid, only issue is mirror adjusting angle too narrow, bigger gap req between mirror and body, so that angle becomes more. Thanks”

“Part came nice and fast as described but a mix up with the description on the box ment it was the wrong part after some dead end e mails back and forth rang them telling them the problem and the next day a van was sent and the parts swaped for the right one would defently use them again great service and nice product”

“I bought parts from New Vehicle parts and they were delivered within a couple of days, so delivery and everything was great. However 2 of the items I had ordered were wrong items due to my error. I returned these items 11 days ago using dpd next day delivery. I also have sent an e-mail at the beginning of the week asking for an update on my refund, to be replied 'with looking into it, will be in touch asap, personally I don't think they have started dealing with the refund, but I do believe 11 days is a very long time to wait. A 3/5”

“Had right part needed, but delivery not as promised. Web site indicated would be despatched same day, but not despatched until following day and then just by 1st class post. Part was ordered in the morning and well ahead of cut off time for same day despatch.”

“were to start , I ordered this part firstly via and add on and ebay page , clicked on the pic of the part I wanted and the wrong side arrived, tried to contact customer services via phone and email, waste of time!!, got a refund via a paypal helper after returning the item, ordered the right part which on your website is the wrong way round still”

“well it started off ok the price was good the parts arrived next day well most of them the delivery driver was quite surprised when I said theres a parcel missing but he phoned his boss and was told that it had been found damaged so they didn't send it, thanks for letting me know lol but I was assured it will be with me the next day which was yesterday again no one phoned to tell me when the driver was coming out and as such I missed him by 10 mins so had to phone the company up again and was told it will be delivered again today by DPD so now I have to wait in all day just incase he turns up ,the lights fitted ok so I'm just waiting on the wing mirror”

“Hugely impressed with the price and quality of the wing mirror I purchased, just didn't arrive when advertised (not a major problem but please let the customer know) and one of the covers was for a LH mirror and I bought a RH mirror - I used the one off the old, broken mirror I was replacing (fortunately I had that...), not quite the same but no-one will notice”

“i ordered a l/h rear light for our Citroen Picasso, but when i received the conformation it was for a r/h rear light. I then rang you office to find it was too late to change the part. So I have had to send the part back and await an exchange, thus giving me 2 lots of postage to pay for”

“Hi the delivery was very fast unfortunately it was the wrong mirror but it may be my error we will soon see when I call them or they email me back about this issue if I'm at error then I shall raise the ratings but if not I can only give them a 1 star”

“Product fine when eventually received & customer service by e-mail good with prompt replies but delivery process less the satisfactory. Website promised next day delivery on orders placed by 5pm but product was even dispatched till the following day. This meant there was no-one in when courier attempted deliver so it was left with a random neighbour with no notification to me. On enquiry I was advised that according to courier I had apparently signed at a time when I was 150 miles away! Fortunately neighbour was honest and did give me parcel when they next saw me but if they had not I would have had no was of tracking down parcel.”
