“I have a mixed review of this company, the service and delivery were first class and delivered the next day. One part that I ordered was slightly out (front bumper reinforcer) and I have managed to fit it. The front panel that I ordered was miles out. This was for a L200 K74T and was supposed to fit from 1998 to 2004 mine is a 2000 and it was wrong. I have had to adapt it to make it fit and that was a lot of work. I would have sent it back but I have the complete front off and needed to get it done. The radiator brackets are in the wrong place, the oil cooler pre drilled holes are wrong, there is no place for a air con radiator. I had to cut off the mounts for the radiator and make some new ones. I know these are pattern parts but they should fit.”

“I ordered a replacement wing mirror for my car. The price was reasonable and the turnround quick but the part was not an exact replacement for my old mirror. In particular, the mirror housing was not hinged, so that if it was hit it would certainly break. I think it should have been made clear that the replacement part was not to the same design as the original.”

“I have been asked to write this review without the part having been delivered. As such I have no idea when and if the part has been shipped or when it is likely to or has been delivered. Ordering and paying was easy but due to the lack of information I have to downgrade the service as at 11.35 I have to update review as my wife has just phoned to say part has arrived. However, although web site does state up to 3 days it would be nice to have a service like amazon etc when it sends a mail when shipped so the customer is fully informed”

“I ordered this product for my Vauxhall Astra over the Christmas period I understand that there would be a delay over the Christmas period but I was not informed when it would be dispatched and when it was it was just dumped in my porch . Disappointing.”

“Polite staff but still not received parcel. I think you should speak the delivery company, no problem with lying, didn't seem bothered and no apology..a bit disappointed with their customers service. Being honest would of gone down better, people do understand it's xmas and these companies have a lot of deliveries..The fact they lied about trying to deliver when I'd been at home all day, they said they'd posted a card-no card has been put through my door.I just hope after taking a second day off work it will arrive tomorrow. I'm sure I'll be happy with the product don't fault the company itself but I honestly think you should tell the delivery company to improve customer service and be honest with your customers, after all they are secondary in representing your company.”

“Ease of ordering and speed of delivery very good. The particular part was just acceptable, it was a light casing which did fit the car as described, however the hole for the bulb to fit through was too small so a manual adjustment to increase the hole size was needed. Not the end of the world to do this but a bit frustrating and inconvenient! Would still recommend.”
