“Wrong item sent, Hence not particularly impressed .Requested wing mirror for 2008 Ford Fusion, received one for a 2002/5 Fusion. Wrong shape and wrong electrical contacts. Am sending item back hoping for correct replacement if money back including postage. Also package contained a letter obviously from a previous customer who also received this exact wrong part. Please rectify . R P. J Smith. Ex68eq”

Strange just checked your order and its for fusion 2002 to 2005 so item been ordered incorrectly we are not at fault

“The delivery took ages as i had my car waiting for a part and the place charge me 25pound per night cos the car had no Road tax or insurance...so disappointed ....and even you charged me for delivery..”

“Bought a cover for my wife's VW UP 'Black' UP to replace the chromed one that someone has swiped. I had asked VW for the price of a new one - just £102! New Vehicle's price including next day delivery was a solitary fiver to which I added some primer and a chrome rattle can making around £15 in all. Worked a treat albeit I had to do some DIY fixing as the cover did not clip in. What's not to like?”
