“The wing mirror assembly for my SEAT was excellent value and quality--many thanks- however the wing mirror cover for the passenger side did not fit my SEAT . I spoke to an adviser and was told that I should send it back and would be refunded cost and postage. I received the refund but not the postage? so not " VERY GOOD" rating.”

“i orderd 2 bumpers for a micra k11, one i orderd was wrong, "my fault"so i sent it back, it was free post, no probs.they refunded me and i got the right one, now fitted. what a very helpfull com.to deal with.i will use them again.wish all the transactions went this well. thanks, nvp. regards pete”

“Needed a new mirror for my Ford Focus the one supplied was better than the original as this one was heated I went on U tube to see how to fit it had it fitted within 30 minutes I would buy from this company again”

“I had broken the rear left hand light assembly on my corsa club as the car is 19 years old I thought I would have difficulty finding a new part. I looked on New Vehicle Parts site and there was the part I needed and at a vert good price. Great service and value.”

“Nothing wrong with the part. But it was incorrectly addressed and therefore mis-delivered. it took me 2 hours to track down the parcel, with no assistance from your company. An apology would have rectified the matter and made this complaint unnecessary. Poor customer service.”
