“Returning from Lanzarote on Friday 30th May 25.
I required assistance and an employee called Walid took me from the plane through to baggage reclaim.He then sought a trolley and helped her to retrieve luggage.He was extremely polite,helpful and a credit to the airport.”
“I travelled out to Malaga last Thursday the 29th of August, a party of 16 for my nieces hen party. I reached out to Laura and Carly to check if we were able to reserve a table for our group. When we arrived we discovered a family had taken our table and disposed of all of the lovely banners and back drops that Carly had arranged for us. When we approached the group they denied they had done this. We later discovered from CCTV they had indeed destroyed the table and thrown the reserve sign on the floor. Despite the airport being extremely busy Carly found us another table in the Aster & Thyme restaurant and even managed to decorate the table for us. Fantastic service under a lot of pressure.
