"I paid $97.99 for a 14-stem Berry Crush Lily Bouquet and an additional $16.99 for a teddy bear, and I was very disappointed with what was delivered.\r\n\t\u2022\tThe bouquet was much smaller, had fewer flowers than promised, and looked nothing like the photo advertised.\r\n\t\u2022\tThe flowers arrived completely closed, which was never specified at the time of purchase.\r\n\t\u2022\tI did order a teddy bear (for an additional $16.99), but I received a completely different one than the one I selected on the website.\r\n\r\nWhen I contacted the company, they declined to resolve the issue, citing a \u201csubstitution policy.\u201d Unfortunately, the product I received was not of the same quality or presentation as what I paid for.\r\n\r\nThis was meant to be a birthday gift, and it was truly disappointing to deliver something that looked so different from what was advertised."

"kiss your money goodbye. appalling company. it\u2019s basically a scam. they let you choose your delivery date and don\u2019t bother to deliver anything. customer service is shocking, apparently there\u2019s also no management and no legal department. I think this is just a bunch of extortionists conning the public. disgraceful."
