My order arrived 5 days late. The flowers were sad and in terrible condition . The order was missing champagne.
Customer service is horrendous. You can’t reach a human on the phone. On email the responses you get is your order was perfect and you shouldn’t be complaining. Absolutely awful!”
“DO NOT PAY FOR 1 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING SCAM!!! The store had an option for 1 business day delivery which was more costly than all other options. On the website, it is explicitly mentioned that orders that are placed before 2pm will receive 1 business day shipping. It has been 1 business day already and upon calling the company, they keep telling me to cancel the order fully. However, I will leave this here at the moment and if the order does not arrive by the end of the day I will not take this off.”

“Blooms New Jersey is a scam! We were surprised to see a white chocolate cake on their ad, so called to verify, since these are not sold at many bakeries. They assured us that they carry the white chocolate cake. So, we ordered the white chocolate cake, but instead of what we paid for, they left a regular old brown cake with my doorman. I tried to get them to honor my order, but they just kept repeating that they have a clause in their website saying, "they do substitutions". You can never be sure what you will receive from this bakery. To make matters worse, the cake they left with the doorman was stale. Save yourself an unpleasant day and order from a different bakery! The cake was as bad as their customer service! They should get no stars at all. They were rude and the cake was nasty.”
“Ordered flowers 3 weeks before valentines day. Scheduled for them to show up ON valentines day. it says they will come on the 18th. Customer service did absolutely nothing for me. Based on other reviews it appears my order will never be delivered at all.”

“Shipping is outrageously expensive and they did not send what I requested. The excuse was that 'substitutions are necessary'. I gave them a week before the requested delivery, plenty of time to email me to let me know they couldn't fulfill my request. I ordered a very particular muffin. Some chocolate chip muffins were sent in place of the original request- could have been purchased in a grocery store. Unreliable and expensive. I feel completely cheated.”
“I ordered a very expensive flower box to be delivered to my mom for her 70th birthday.
The flowers were left on her doorstep during a rain storm. No one rang the bell, and no one bothered to call her cell phone for personal delivery. The beautiful hat box was soaked
and destroyed and the flowers crushed.
She is incapacitated, but decided to file a complaint two days later, to no avail. She then told me what had happened and I filed another complaint. I was told that complaints will only be honored within 24 hours of delivery and that there is nothing they can do for me.
Paying nearly $120 for a special gift has turned into a nightmare and I find this business practice to be absolutely outrageous. I would never ever ever order from this company again and I certainly don’t recommend that you do. What a horrible customer service experience and rip off!”

“This is either a SCAM or THE WORSE SERVICE EVER (wish I had read some of the reviews here before I ordered!) plus their website modifies all reviews to 5* even when they're bad so they get a great score - only when you read what people write you realize there is no 5*
My story is very similar to the other ones here - cleary this is their way of making a lot of $$$ by scamming people
Agreed on same day delivery and paid for it. They emailed to confirm the same.
Oder lost for 4 days and 3 Customer service people can't agree if it was delivered, when it was delivered.... No way to contact by phone and lies after lies (all on email so I shall for sure use them) as to where the order "is".
Useless and refusing an apology and the refund as they sent a super grainy picture of what they claim to be the recipient's building... uh.. really?”
