“I Ordered flowers from here. The delivery man left them in the rain on the bottom step instead of under the covered area. When I write to customer service, they simple said the 24 hour period had passed. This was not the level of customer service or professionalism I was expecting.
I don't know what options there are. (And it may be the fault of the delivery service.)”
“The only service I have used that allows you to select a date of delivery but then won't deliver on that day, and will blame others on the process and also point to their terms and conditions saying that you signed up knowing that something could go wrong. I will go back and order from the players that get this right. My delivery was two days late.. occasion is an occasion. You should know that better than anyone NJ Blooms”
