“Beware when booking with Newmarket
We booked a hotel in November 2023 in Lake Como for the hotel of our choice. Two weeks before we departed in September 2024 they changed our hotel to a considerable inferior hotel, which ruined the holiday.
I feel customer services were incredibly unhelpful & not forthcoming with truthful information when asked why.
They have offered £100 voucher off another holiday which in no way makes up for the disappointment.
Please take this into consideration when you are booking with Newmarket Holidays.”
