Because of your online option to place orders I was able to help orchestrate a surprise anniversary gift for a couple who couldn't be together because of the pandemic. “Where do I begin. The delivery time requested was not honored. I was not able to get anyone on the phone to verify if I chose the right delivery option. The delivery was late and also incomplete. Customer service was downright awful. Do not order from here.”
