“ I ordered Mothers Day flowers for an important client on Thursday to be delivered to her office on Friday. I got a text at 8am that they were out for delivery. At 6pm, they were still on the truck. The office closed, and NY Blooms still think they have until 8pm on a Friday to get to a business that had since closed for the weekend. Unbelievably rude, frustrating, embarrassing, and disappointing. Never again. ”
