I sent previously sent you my review of my order and it was negative. Consequently, I never heard back from you.

The scratch/ swirl remover does not work.
Please send me a refund or give an equal credit towards the ceramic coating which works great.

“I was excited to resume getting Nexgen supplies after relocating to another state. I got an email stating that my order was delivered, but I never got it. Instead my order was shipped to a previous address. The email notification had part of my current address in the delivery details. I called Nexgen to speak with a representative and he stated the order was delivered to another address and that it was not their fault. Disappointed, but I did get refunded! Not sure whether to order again because of little attention to detail.”
