"I purchased from them a \u00a32000 Sony A7IV body with and \u00a32000 Sony 24-70, 2.8 GII lens. \r\nBody delivered in 4 days, lens never arrived. As a response to my email to their customer support they started blaming the delivery company, being very rude and unprofessional.\r\nWhen I mentioned that I'll give them a bad feedback they threatened me to cancel my warranty if I do so.\r\nI asked for a senior manager to contact me, never happened.\r\nAsked for a refund, after 3 weeks still no refund given.\r\n\r\nAVOID THEM, you're risking your money..\r\n and there is no original waranty on their products."
