“I received the mug very timely and well-packaged. It was very nice quality. The only issue was that it was not exactly what I ordered. I ordered one that said "Quality Inn" but what I received was "Quality Hotel". (See pictures.) As the item arrived one day before I was giving it as a gift, I was not able to return it to get the correct item. It was a small difference, but there was a sentimental reason that I wanted the mug to say "Quality Inn". So I was disappointed that it was not exactly what I ordered.”

“I needed a badge really quickly. I was able to find that Nice Badge will do the badge I needed. I was able to upload my picture and place the order very easily. After placing the order the badge showed up a week later.”

“Apparently they are experiencing production issues (due to employees leaving) and they do not bother to notify costumers about potential delays. When I followed up and found out order is going to be delayed, management did not bother to make up time by offering to expedite delivery, putting the burden on the customers.”
