“Quality product, however I made a slight error in my order on two of seven badges ordered Would thought that a quality company would have reached out to me to verify when they see that badges were not the same when printed on the exact same blanks”

“I selected the high-quality options and the badge looks and feels excellent. They appear of high-quality workmanship. Very good detail and functionality. I wish they would have had color options, (If they do, I could not find those options.) it was nice having the option of pins, magnets or both. I chose magnets and am happy with that choice.”

“I received the mug very timely and well-packaged. It was very nice quality. The only issue was that it was not exactly what I ordered. I ordered one that said "Quality Inn" but what I received was "Quality Hotel". (See pictures.) As the item arrived one day before I was giving it as a gift, I was not able to return it to get the correct item. It was a small difference, but there was a sentimental reason that I wanted the mug to say "Quality Inn". So I was disappointed that it was not exactly what I ordered.”

“I enjoyed the badge and they did a great job but if I would of known that they put a warning sticker on the box saying it could cause cancer then I probably would of had to think about buying it from this company. If there was a warning somewhere on the website saying this then they need to make it more able for their costumers to see it better. 3 stars for possibly exposing me to cancer.”

Good morning Mr. Woolwine, we appreciate your review and your concerns related to this. We are required by law per California Proposition 65 to have that on plastic products. This warning is required for pretty much all plastic and/or acrylic items. You will see this warning on many different items and any name badge manufacturer that is following the law and shipping to California will need to have that on their packaging as well. “I’ve ordered this particular badge in the past and loved the quality. This time it allowed me to enter the person’s name and their DAR chapter as done previously. When my new order arrived - only the name was printed as the badge was 1/2 the size of what I ordered previously. They gave no indication that the size had changed(they still asked for the same questions!)The quality was still nice, but they lacked informing me that the product was different.”

“The clips that come with the badges are not very durable. Out of the bag that I received we received some that were damaged.”
