“I ordered a total of three badges (two magnetic and one over the pocket) and one was never shipped (the over the pocket). The company rapidly responded to this error and will be shipping the missing one. Quality is great!”

“WB/USDOL. I was given the task of ordering name badges for 30+ people for a staff meeting in three days. Nicebadge was able to fill the request in one day. “I don't like the spreadsheet upload process of the order. I made the same file mistake in 2022 that I made again in 2024, only in 2022 it was caught, someone asked if that's what I meant to do, and then worked with me to do it properly. This time I was sent a boxful of blank badges, which I had paid expedited shipping for and paid for in advance, and had to reorder them at cost and expedited shipping again in order to have them for the event. My mistake in uploading the file incorrectly. But how many companies order blank name tags? It might have been good to check on my end to see if that's what was intended. I ended up paying over $500 for a set of 20 blank badges and a set of badges with names. What an awful waste of money. I will be searching for a different alternative for next time I need to order badges, even if I need to pay setup costs.”

We had been in close contact with you as soon as you reached out after receiving the first order. Our system is fully automated which means orders will be produced exactly as entered through our website. Logo only name badges are quite a frequent occurrence which is why it may not have raised suspicion through our production line. We certainly appreciate all of our customers and do not wish them to have such inconveniences when ordering with us. Due to this, we provided a 40% discount on a reorder rather than the full cost.
