“I still have not received my new badges. I had to get the store 536 to reorder new badges for me. I still haven't received the new ones from their order either. Please escalate the issue.”

“I have been very pleased with nicebadge since we have ordered from the company. Recently a dozen name badges were missing in delivery, not nicebadge's fault but the delivery company. Nicebadge was very friendly and checked into the situation offering the replacement if the name badges didn't show up within a few days. Thankfully, the name badges showed up at a drop off spot a few miles down the road.”
