“Having visited this lovely store in Crickhowell I was surprised when my search for a specific item led me back there and I was able to order from my home in Edinburgh. “I received a 5* service when using Nichols Online service. I ordered an item of White Stuff clothing and it was delivered to me within two days . Unfortunately the item of clothing was not suitable so had to be returned. I received a full refund within two-three days….excellent service. Would not hesitate in ordering further goods from this company.”
