I would have given 5 stars to Nicholls online but unfortunately although the delivery was very quick, they sent the wrong boots. I had to re-order and pay for the correct boots a second time plus pay extra for a faster delivery as I needed them urgently. I phoned Nicholls and they were very polite and sent me a free returns label, but it was an inconvenience to have to re-pack and return the boots and wait for my refund, even though it was very prompt once the boots has been receive. Sadly it was a mistake that should never have happened. The box for the boots was clearly marked so whoever packed them should have checked before sending them out. It cost you 2 stars.

Great service but awful returns .Stuck if you haven't got a printer at home .Very complicated.It involves sending the online label via email to a shop then they can print the label and charge one pound!!!!!

I am happy to a degree with the tree stand as the wingnuts were rusted and I had to buy WD40 and my husband struggled then to loosen them

I ordered 3 GANT women's shirts. They did arrive in tissue paper but none of the standard packaging one would expect. Two of the shirts had obviously been on display and were covered in fluff. The white however was covered in orange dots, almost like a splattering of something? All rather disappointing. Have returned the white for a refund. But have kept the blue and pink.

Pleased with delivery of the item , but unfortunately the security tag had been left on the item , I had to get the pliers out and I did manage to remove the tag . But disappointed that the item was delivered to me with the tag left on.

These shoes have beautifully soft leather. I ordered them for my sister who is a 6.5 and knowing they come up small, ordered her a size 7. Unfortunately they were just a little too small for her so had to be returned.

I have bought numerous Joma bracelets and have always welcomed the lovely little gift bags they come with, but I have to say I was rather disappointed with this one, it was rather shabby and the bow creased and marked.

Slightly disappointed that a different ring delivered to the one ordered, which was of the same price but not matching my earrings. However as the choice limited I have kept it as really wanted a cheer me up present to myself.

The reason why I am only giving this review three stars is due to the delay in delivery. I ordered on 3/8 and paid Β£4.99 for a 1-2 delivery slot. I received it on 6/8 due to the item being sent to the incorrect Royal Mail delivery office. I ordered this for a holiday which was why I paid for fast delivery.

No confirmation of order and delivery information received. When my Chlobo bracelet arrived it wasn't in a pouch but wrapped in tissue in the box. Luckily I purchased for myself and not as a gift. I must say though, the service received in-store (Nichols at Abergavenny) is exceptional!

Purchased a scarf as a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately the security tag was still attached. Now have to take it to a local supermarket to have it removed

I liked the webpage etc. Unfortunately just before the order was dispatched, I was emailed to be told one item was out of stock. Might have been better if I hadn’t been able to purchase it if out of stock.
