“Good service, arrived well packaged. Unfortunately there was a big black mark on the upper right back. I took a risk and tried to remove the mark rather than send it back as the item has sold out everywhere. Fortunately I got rid of the mark but I do think it should have been noticed by whoever packed the item as it was very noticeable. Although you had it on sale Joules had reduced this item to £40, your price was £80 in the sale”

“My very first purchase from Nicholls. Excellent shop, service and returns experience. The top I bought had part of a heart sewn into the collar and for me it looked a little odd so returned it. Another customer may not have been so bothered by it. I would definitely purchase from Nicholls again.”

“The varied selection of clothing is great. I can always find something that suits me and my shape. Delivery was not the best because of the notification times involved. They weren’t slick enough. That said, I received my dress within a few days and am pleased with it. I can’t find how many Nicholls points I have on its web site.”

“Fantastic product at a great price. Delivery came earlier than expected. Would have 5stars but the coat was not in a plastic bag nor was there any protective packaging in the delivery box, just seemed a little odd.”
