“The shoes were at least £10.00 cheaper than elsewhere. They arrived on time as promised and I am really pleased to have a pair of shoes that I can wear having recently had an operation on a bunion and hammer toe and the managing to break my big toe on the same foot.. Highly delighted with both service and product.”

“Fast delivery, well packaged, great items that you can't get elsewhere. My only complaint is that the only option for delivery was royal mail, even with big, heavy items I couldn't choose a day for delivery and had to go and pick up a very big and heavy box from the sorting office.”

“Living in Cornwall I was happy that received my order very quickly. I scored them 4 star as they sent wrong item but were really good at organising the exchange and had I been more organised that would have arrived the next day to. I would definitely use them again!”

“Navigating the website and ordering the item were both quick and easy tasks. Setting up payment was also nice and simple. My item arrived in perfect condition, and packing was ample. Only downside was I paid for 24-hour delivery, and the delivery date I was given confirmed this, but my item actually arrived a day late. All in all, I’d shop with Nicholls again but not trust their one day delivery.”
