“I bought a Charlie Bear for my New Born Grandson, its absolutely beautiful quality something for him to keep as he grows up. The only downside was its packaging when it was delivered, it was not in a box or presentation bag just wrapped in tissue paper and parcel packing”

“Fast delivery, item arrived in perfect condition but Ugg boots were too narrow on the calf so I had to return. Quick refund. No problems with the Co. or item. BUT very disappointed I had to pay £12 to return boots with insurance and signature. In future, I will buy elsewhere with free returns. Costly mistake on my part !!”

“When my order was delayed, I e-mailed them as I was concerned as to where my parcel was. They were quick to reply, and quick to track my parcel. The lady I was exchanging e-mails with was very friendly and helpful, as well as being apologetic. Even though the delay was not her fault, she made sure I was content.”

“Service was very quick - next day arrival. The bear was as described and fully satisfied with. Only problem and the reason I gave four stars and not five is the bear - which was not cheap and liable to damage - was just wrapped in plastic bag and sent out. Not happy with this and item really should have been packed more securely in a box.”
