“The service was very prompt, and the garment purchased was so nicely wrapped I felt I was receiving a present. My only disappointment was to find that the garment (a T-shirt) had a small ladder in the fabric. I would have asked for a replacement, but this was the last one in stock.”

“Ordered 2 pens but appears only one left after order submitted so bit disappointed. Impressed with delivery. Quick and well presented. Would like to be offered possibility of collection from store to avoid possible delivery charge if ordering something of small value however”

“Online ordering was easy, price was good and dispatch was quick. Only hiccup was receiving emails intended for another customer's order, but I called the customer service phone number and it was rectified. My order arrived on time as expected. Would order again.”
