“once I had registered the order process was simple. I had looked at this Barbour jacket earlier in the season and was delighted to get it at the sale price . I ordered on Saturday and on Monday received an email advising me of delivery by DPD. I registered with them and received regular updates on my scheduled delivery which arrived within the one hour timeslot advised. Jacket is great but the Returns process was enclosed anyway and is clear and simple to do. Very happy.”

“Some initial website problems trying to pay for my order. In fact, I wasn't really sure whether I had paid! Probably just a random browser software glitch. Once I received notification that payment had been made my order was despatched (and received) promptly. Good service. Many thanks.”

“overall, the service was good with the choice of delivery options very useful. Only thing, which my wife raised was about the option to have points on her Nicholls loyalty card. I can't remember if it was an option in the ordering process ? The gift I bought was an Anniversary present so couldn't ask my wife for her Loyalty Card, is it possible to have points added from my online purchase ? Martin Jones”
