“The near I purchased is ok-I had trouble paying with my visa the woman was saying something wrong with my card-when there wasnt-I asked the manager I think he was if i could have a charlie bear bag I would pay for it of course he said it will be £3-50 postage -I refused to pay that amount of postage and asked him to waive it cos I had paid a lot for the bear-his attitude wasn't nice -I won't buy anything more from Nicholls!!!”

“I wanted to give you five stars - the delivery of my order was excellent and the goods also excellent,. However, upon unwrapping the dress, I was more than annoyed to discover that attached to the label was a 'reduced' label reducing the item from an original price of £69.95 to £55.96 - which was the price I paid: this was crossed out and a further reduction to £34.97 written beneath that amount. A further reduction of £20.99. I am somewhat disgruntled.”

“Items were dispatched very promptly, and arrived next day. I would have awarded a 4* rating, but the box arrived with just one piece of sellotape over the seal, which wasn't secure or suitable, considering the item value.”

“I ordered and paid for a jacket online but unfortunately a stock error meant there was not jacket for sale and so my order was cancelled. Disappointing really since the online price was very good. I subsequently bought the jacket elsewhere but had to pay a to more for it.”
