“I recently bought two pairs of Fly of London shoes on the Nicholls Online website during their sale after discovering their lovely shop in Crickhowell a few weeks ago. The goods arrived very quickly (I didn't even have to pay for postage as they had a special offer over Easter) and when I needed to return one of the pairs due to being too big, I was refunded straight away. I cannot recommend this site highly enough and I will definitely be using it in future.”

“I visit both the abergavenny and crickhowell stores but used online for the first time this year. I am always impressed by the vast range of quality stock and availibility. Family and friends receiving gifts always feel they are special,a bit like our own welsh fortnum and masons! I have always found the service to be first class and this was again confirmed by the online delivery,speed and quality of packing.Why visit London when you have Nicholls”

“I have purchase Masai items from Nicholls a couple of times now and each time I have been extremely happy with not only the items received but also the special way that they carefully wrap the clothes. Little touches that have been made makes all the difference and has encouraged me to go back and buy more items. “I love Nicholls! The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful. The stock is varied, good quality and a good mix of high end brands, and quirky things. I have visited the shops in Abergavenny and Crickhowell numerous times (the stock is slightly different in each, so they really do merit separate visits!) and have nothing negative to say - I'm always keen to pop in when passing. I have used Nicholls online just once, and the service was super efficient, even when I had to return something.”

“Nicholls is a fabulous shop carrying a wide range of beautiful quality things with very helpful and friendly staff particularly in Crickhowell which is the branch I use most. On the very rare occasion that I had a problem with an item this was sorted immediately by the staff to my satisfaction. Highly recommended shop Thanks”

“Searched the internet for a Barbour hat that the wife really wanted for Christmas but didnt want to go to just any old site or shop. Chose Nicholls as reviews were good for them and so went ahead and ordered the hat. I was not disappointed either, having called to check it was still actually in stock and being served by a very helpful lady who called me back to confirm it was in stock I went ahead and ordered it. It arrived 3 days later (it was Christmas time so expected longer delivery) and it was wrapped very nicely in tissue paper and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. First class prices and service. Not much of that around Thank you Nicholls”
