“The order arrived swiftly, but wasn't what was envisaged. Beware the slim models Barbour use to display their jackets - some clothes are definitely for the more portly - so the jacket was baggy at the waist - Nicholls quickly refunded the money - no questions asked. Gives confidence to buy from them again.”

“I was happy with my experience, because I experienced exactly was expected. My only comment would be that the confirmation of the order should include a telephone number to call to make sure the order is delivered when convenient: in my case the courier missed me the first time so I had to look for a number to call and ensure the second time it s delivered ok”
