“We ordered and pay a new Siemens Drive. On the site it was indicated delivery in 1-2 days, but after a week we didn't have any information about the shipping. We have canceled the order and now looking for money refund. Wasted time. Bad luck? AC”

“I am a customer in South Africa & first time dealing with Nicontrols. I placed an order for a refurbished unit as well as made advance payment for it. To date I have still not received my unit & no reply to the numerous inquiries made regarding my order placed with the sales person Keith Gledhill. Really poor service I would not recommend them to any of our partners in the industry.”

“I do not recommend, the product should be within 4-6 days, we waited over 2 weeks, asking for comments about the product, selling, saying "that tomorrow" I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Contact with the owner worse than weaknesses”
