We ordered and pay a new Siemens Drive. On the site it was indicated delivery in 1-2 days, but after a week we didn't have any information about the shipping. We have canceled the order and now looking for money refund. Wasted time. Bad luck? AC

No communication from the company. Bad customer service and communication for a purchased item. They act like scammers. Beware!

I am a customer in South Africa & first time dealing with Nicontrols. I placed an order for a refurbished unit as well as made advance payment for it. To date I have still not received my unit & no reply to the numerous inquiries made regarding my order placed with the sales person Keith Gledhill. Really poor service I would not recommend them to any of our partners in the industry.

I do not recommend, the product should be within 4-6 days, we waited over 2 weeks, asking for comments about the product, selling, saying "that tomorrow" I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Contact with the owner worse than weaknesses
