“I sent a 27-year-old drive in for repair that has been modified from standard. I didn't actually hold out much hope of a successful repair as I could not provide details of the modifications that had been done to it. I should not have been a doubter! On return of the drive I did have an issue when I recommissioned it. BUT the after sales service was excellent, Northern Industrial re-collected drive, resolved the issue and had it back to me in a few days. No company is perfect, but the way Northern Industrial dealt with and resolved the problem was excellent. I would use them again.”

“When my screen was returned and there were issues with the repair, Lee Birch stepped up and ensured that my screen was restored to its manufacturer specification and returned promptly. Lee has done an excellent job of managing the process ensuring another very happy customer and strengthened a good business relationship.”

“There were initial problems with the specific job we needed doing, however I'd personally like to thank Beverley in the way she 'grabbed the reins' and dealt with this complex issue. Even when the problem couldn't be finally resolved the manner & level of re-imbursement we received made the whole experience a much better one & she is a credit to the Company. “Contact passed to me by James Croppers and Pirelli for obsolete Mitsubishi output cards and you have them on the shelf but needed to test them before sending them out which left me an extra day on my breakdown as the downside”

“Salve, Vorremmo termini di consegna più brevi per le riparazioni con tempistica standard, indicativamente non più di 15-20 giorni di attesa. In secondo luogo, sarebbe opportuno che ognuna delle unità riparate, in particolare i drives per controllo assi, fossero collaudate a banco, infatti quando si verifica un reclamo, da parte di un nostro cliente, apprendiamo solo in seguito, che la riparazione è stata effettuata per tentativi, con controlli/sostituzioni componente su componente. Commercialmente consiglio inoltre di integrare le forniture/riparazioni con tutto ciò che riguarda la sicurezza, tipo barriere laser, misuratori di distanza e di posizione, e tutto ciò che riguarda l'automazione dei magazzini e dei reparti di confezionamento logistici, perchè sono un grande mercato! Per il resto ritengo che Northern sia un valido alleato col quale incrementare il business.”
