“Communication was prompt and helpful. Watch arrived exactly as described in good condition. Looking forward to working with them again for future purchases.”
“Day time robbery, I have to return my order and tracking shows has been received by Nike, they don't give my money back because the parcel can not be found in a warehouse”
“"The jordan that I had previously ordered arrived without a hitch. I bought three more because they fit nicely and were quite comfy to add to my wardrobe. Amazing selection, simple ordering, and straightforward payment. I've long been a firm supporter for their goods. I was unable to purchase it since it was too pricey and somewhat outside of my price range, but fortunately I had this coupon "black friday sales" from dig my cart to join the crowd. quality 11/10”
“Placed an order online for 4 pair of shoes. They gave a delivery date of Saturday. Never got my order. I called customer service. They said my order was split up. Then a order was delivered on Friday to my unit at a red door. My door is white. Then they said the order wasn’t delivered it was just showing that. So I got refunded for that part of the order. My second part of the order was now supposedly gonna be delivered Monday. Here it is Monday and no package. Said a label was created but no order. So the kids went to school without their new shoes no thanks to Nike. Customer service sucked. Never again”
