Call centre staff pleasant and even called back and offered a discount from next purchase, however the initial experience poor. Expected far better from the brand like Nike. Will think twice whether to order again...”

However I noticed that I did not receive a receipt for my purchase ( email receipt) I was worried that they would not believe me that I have only just purchased them, but I rang the store and the sales person I spoke to bent over backwards to ensure he found my sale.
