“Rarely buy bad products from Nike but no manufacturer is perfect. Almost always happy with my purchase, even when I'm not the refund process is easy and I've found them to be very co-operative and fair. They have great sizing specifications and the product is always as described.”
“Recently purchased a pair of trainers for my Dad as gift, tried them on too small and needed to change them for another size. However I noticed that I did not receive a receipt for my purchase ( email receipt) I was worried that they would not believe me that I have only just purchased them, but I rang the store and the sales person I spoke to bent over backwards to ensure he found my sale. Very good customer services and easy to talk too. Very happy with my whole experience”
“I was searching for a specific training shoe and made special visit to the store from Newcastle. The male store member was extremely helpful, he explained the ranges and showed me images online. He told me it was no longer stocked by stores and a new version would be arriving soon. He also owned the same pair and shared his personal experiences with the shoes.”
