“Sales man was great. I was told on the Thursday that I would need to wait until the following Wednesday to pick it up as they wanted to do any work needed done. I thought, great I'll be getting a car that won't need anything for a little while as I was travelling over 300 miles. I got there and was given a fresh mot. No advisories although if an independent garage had done it the front brake discs would have been as they have a quarter of an inch lip. 3 days after getting it home the tyre pressure sensor light came on and whilst going round it with the airline noticed the 4 tyres had 4 different readings. Now 2 weeks later I've got a message from NK saying that it's due a service on 14/11 . They couldn't even service it before I picked it up. Which has me thinking, what were they doing for the 5 days I had to wait for it.”
