I have tried to contact no bull on an order placed a week ago with no shipping confirmation and have had no response through, text or email and no phone support offered. their website says 1-4 days for the item to be shipped. Bad first experience. Hope their product is better than their customer service.

I have tried to contact customer service through text, chat and email with no response or tracking information for a present ordered over 10 days ago. There is no response from NO BULL and am very disappointed as this is a gift for Christmas and I have not even a tracking number to follow the order.

I too have been trying like crazy to reach someone about a return I made. No one responds to me through the text message system or email. If I randomly get a response it definitely sounds like a robot response and it’s of no help to me. Then I respond and they don’t respond back! I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me someone else’s order. I had to return the incorrect pair and buy a new pair. I’m disputing the other charge with my bank and letting them deal with nobull. I like their shoes but it’s not worth it. Terrible customer service! Buyer beware!

This is the worst company I've ever done business with 17 days later and I still haven't received my shoes take watch with their money immediately the response is slow the customer service is rude do not buy from this company they are terrible

horrible service, price, and delivery. Everyone at crossfit kept talking about nobull. It is more of an 'IN thing' because of the group of people. I dont think the shoes are anything special and does not hold up is longer then Nanos and such. So disappointed 😞

Unlike the other reviews here, I am absolutely astonished how good the trainers feel on my feet. Squatting felt better than ever before. I had to wait for the order for 2 and a half weeks, but that's only rational since I live halfway across the world from Nobull. I almost got worried since my tracking link didn't get updated for four straight days, but I contacted customer support and was satisfied on how my question was handled.

Nobull customer service might as well be a robot. I've spent close to 1K with the company and shipping and customer service is abysmal. The clothing is nothing special and the shoes are uncomfortable and poorly made. Don't bother buying anything from them.

This company isn't set up for international business. I live in the UK and naturally ordered my UK size. At no point did they warn me I was ordering the US sizes. They only accept returns from the US so international buyers have to pay to return any items. Disappointed to say the least.

1 star is too much for this company. DO NOT PURCHASE from this store. Stupidly I didn’t check the reviews, sent the trainers back as they sent the wrong size which was at a cost to me. I sent Royal Mail signed for and tracked and can see that they have delivered, however Nobull are saying it hasn’t been received. I have contacted my bank fraud team and I’m hoping I can get my money back. So disappointing but it is a SCAM!

Really lousy service! I won't ever purchase any shoes again. I ordered a pair of shoes and after seeing them and trying them on I decided to exchange them for a different color. I tried reaching them when the system wouldn't take my request. You can't speak to someone, the phone number has been disconnected. E-mails and customer chat don't lead to anyone. Worst service ever. I have spent way too much time today with this matter.

Nobull has sent me the wrong pair of shoes and now they charge shipping fees because it was an international order to send them back. Never have encountered this!

Well I’m keeping the second star out of my (possibly misguided?) hope they will eventually deliver. Ordered two weeks ago and they can’t say where my order is. Took three tries to even get a response about that. Maybe they are incredible shoes worth the overpriced tag, but at this point I feel I’ll never know. Wish I’d gone with a company I know will return my messages and actually ship the product I ordered.

Nobull uses deceptive advertising. They currently promote free shipping and free returns on any orders over $99. The shoes they sent did not fit so I returned them. However, their designated shipper (FedEx) charged me $7.41 to repackage the shoes after informing that the packing Nobull uses was not sufficient. I notified Nobull, but was told that they do not stand behind their promise nor the carrier they use for shipping. Poor customer service. Don’t do business with these people.

i purchased a pair of sneakers in April 2020 and they were wrong size, I returned the sneakers by courier for credit and despite over a dozen emails I have sent for follow up on my credit I have never received it 5 months later. My family will never order another thing from Nobull ! Beware when dealing with them!

Sleek look, but terrible quality. Super disappointed in how fast my Nobulls started to unravel. Holes in both my shoes and I haven't even had them for a year, and I didn't even use them during quarantine.

Miltary overseas - returns are ONLY good via FEDEX so you have to pay to return to the U.S. Should have return label via USPS..... Not happy
