“Unlike the other reviews here, I am absolutely astonished how good the trainers feel on my feet. Squatting felt better than ever before. I had to wait for the order for 2 and a half weeks, but that's only rational since I live halfway across the world from Nobull. I almost got worried since my tracking link didn't get updated for four straight days, but I contacted customer support and was satisfied on how my question was handled.”
“Nobull customer service might as well be a robot. I've spent close to 1K with the company and shipping and customer service is abysmal. The clothing is nothing special and the shoes are uncomfortable and poorly made. Don't bother buying anything from them.”
“This company isn't set up for international business. I live in the UK and naturally ordered my UK size. At no point did they warn me I was ordering the US sizes. They only accept returns from the US so international buyers have to pay to return any items.

I sent Royal Mail signed for and tracked and can see that they have delivered, however Nobull are saying it hasn’t been received. I have contacted my bank fraud team and I’m hoping I can get my money back. So disappointing but it is a SCAM!”
“Really lousy service! I won't ever purchase any shoes again. I ordered a pair of shoes and after seeing them and trying them on I decided to exchange them for a different color. I tried reaching them when the system wouldn't take my request. You can't speak to someone, the phone number has been disconnected. E-mails and customer chat don't lead to anyone. Worst service ever. I have spent way too much time today with this matter.”

“Nobull uses deceptive advertising. They currently promote free shipping and free returns on any orders over $99. The shoes they sent did not fit so I returned them. However, their designated shipper (FedEx) charged me $7.41 to repackage the shoes after informing that the packing Nobull uses was not sufficient. I notified Nobull, but was told that they do not stand behind their promise nor the carrier they use for shipping. Poor customer service. Don’t do business with these people.”
“i purchased a pair of sneakers in April 2020 and they were wrong size, I returned the sneakers by courier for credit and despite over a dozen emails I have sent for follow up on my credit I have never received it 5 months later. My family will never order another thing from Nobull ! Beware when dealing with them!”

“Seems like NOBULL is running a scam. I (like many others I've heard from) placed an order and was surprised it would take almost 2 weeks for my product to arrive... It's 2020 and I've become accustomed to getting my stuff fast. I decided to place the order anyway because I really wanted to try this product. After 10 days my order arrived. I was saddened to realize that the wrong shoes in the wrong size were sent to me. This was definitely not what I ordered. I didn't fret and went to the website to get their phone number... OOOPS... They don't take phone calls. My options were email or chat. I sent and email explaining the situation fully expecting that I'd get a prompt reply offering to overnight me the right stuff... WRONG AGAIN. I never got a reply. I tried email again.... After 3 days still no reply. I tried CHAT... it took 20 minutes to get a CHAT AGENT online. I explained my situation... Not even an apology was offered but they said they would email me a return label... 4 days later STILL no return label so I get on CHAT again. After another wasted 20 minutes I had a USPS return label and scurried off to the post office to return these things. I tracked the return and saw that they made it back to NOBULL who confirmed that they had received my return. Then I'm told that returns take 7 to 10 business days to process!!!! I'm now out $150 for almost a month. I wait patiently for 10 days and then CHAT NOBULL again. I'm now getting very tired of wasting my time but was given the run around on chat by their rep who told me the refund is being processed. After 10 more days and STILL NO REFUND. I called my bank and charged it back and never heard from NOBULL again. This is an incredibly slimy company. Stay away.”

Whenever I contact customer service they continue to tell me that my order will ship out within the week - mind you this is the third week in a row that I've been told this information. “I ordered a pair of the dark grey gum high top women’s trainers. They look nice. The tracking was good to Australia and I received them in about 2 weeks. Only issue is the shoe laces which look good but are not functional. They keep coming undone even just walking around. Worst shoe laces I have ever had in any shoe! Please put better shoe laces in these Nobull. I paid $221 so expect the laces to be good quality!”
“I ordered (and paid for) two pairs of Nobull trainers and a duffle bag. My total spend was close to $500. I received a confirmation of the order and that they were shipped. I then received notification they were delivered- on the day I received someone else’s order.
I contacted Nobull and they told me that they didn’t know where my stuff was, and that they would not send me a replacement order until I sent them back the things they sent me in error. Keep in mind that they have had my $500 for almost a week.
I cannot believe how poor this customer service experience has been.”
“This company is absolute garbage. My wife wanted some stuff for Mother’s Day so I ordered it. The items were guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day. I wait 10 days which is then 6 days before Mother’s Day and try to track them and I can’t. So I contact customer service and am told they hadn’t shipped yet due to having a “skeleton crew” and they would take 4-7 business days to get to me. Obviously that means they won’t be here by Mother’s Day. She assured me they will ship within 24 hours and I can track them then. 3 days later I still can’t track them, they haven’t shipped and Mother’s Day is in 3 days. Can’t get in touch with the crappy customer service either. Scam. Do not order.”
