The absolute worst customer service with regards to refunds.

Seems like NOBULL is running a scam. I (like many others I've heard from) placed an order and was surprised it would take almost 2 weeks for my product to arrive... It's 2020 and I've become accustomed to getting my stuff fast. I decided to place the order anyway because I really wanted to try this product. After 10 days my order arrived. I was saddened to realize that the wrong shoes in the wrong size were sent to me. This was definitely not what I ordered. I didn't fret and went to the website to get their phone number... OOOPS... They don't take phone calls. My options were email or chat. I sent and email explaining the situation fully expecting that I'd get a prompt reply offering to overnight me the right stuff... WRONG AGAIN. I never got a reply. I tried email again.... After 3 days still no reply. I tried CHAT... it took 20 minutes to get a CHAT AGENT online. I explained my situation... Not even an apology was offered but they said they would email me a return label... 4 days later STILL no return label so I get on CHAT again. After another wasted 20 minutes I had a USPS return label and scurried off to the post office to return these things. I tracked the return and saw that they made it back to NOBULL who confirmed that they had received my return. Then I'm told that returns take 7 to 10 business days to process!!!! I'm now out $150 for almost a month. I wait patiently for 10 days and then CHAT NOBULL again. I'm now getting very tired of wasting my time but was given the run around on chat by their rep who told me the refund is being processed. After 10 more days and STILL NO REFUND. I called my bank and charged it back and never heard from NOBULL again. This is an incredibly slimy company. Stay away.

I ordered (and paid for) two pairs of Nobull trainers and a duffle bag. My total spend was close to $500. I received a confirmation of the order and that they were shipped. I then received notification they were delivered- on the day I received someone else’s order. I contacted Nobull and they told me that they didn’t know where my stuff was, and that they would not send me a replacement order until I sent them back the things they sent me in error. Keep in mind that they have had my $500 for almost a week. I cannot believe how poor this customer service experience has been.

This company is absolute garbage. My wife wanted some stuff for Mother’s Day so I ordered it. The items were guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day. I wait 10 days which is then 6 days before Mother’s Day and try to track them and I can’t. So I contact customer service and am told they hadn’t shipped yet due to having a “skeleton crew” and they would take 4-7 business days to get to me. Obviously that means they won’t be here by Mother’s Day. She assured me they will ship within 24 hours and I can track them then. 3 days later I still can’t track them, they haven’t shipped and Mother’s Day is in 3 days. Can’t get in touch with the crappy customer service either. Scam. Do not order.

Durability of the product is horrible and they know it. Customer Service locks you into a loop where it's next to impossible to get an exchange let alone a refund. This a startup company who is definitely penny pinching every dime in order to stay afloat, even if it means losing customers. Do yourself a favor and stick to the big dogs like Nike if you want quality product coupled with rock solid customer support and care.

Do not purchase from this company. I made a mistake while making a purchase ( I understand that the mistake is on me) but they are unable to make ANY changes to your order once made. Including canceling your order. I work in Ecommerce and I find this ridiculous. I manage several sites utilizing the same platform they are and know how easy it is to make those changes. I will never purchase from this company again based on the customer service they have provided. They also send you a message saying that one of 'their rockstars" are working on responding to your request, but all of their responses are canned robotic responses.

SCAM ALERT !!! Ordered a pair of shoes, two months later, no shoes arrived. Nobullau said the shoes are lost in transit and they can not get them back and they will refund 50%. I never received a shipping traking number. DO NOT BUY from them, they refuse to pay the full amount. Worst Company to deal with

What a company. Ordered a pair of shoes for my wife and realized that wrong shoe was ordered. Reached out to them 4 hours later to cancel order. Their response was we can not cancel your order once placed. Whaaaaaaat?? What kind of unswer is it? It stil goes back and fourth with them. One thing i learned. I will never buy their product. No Bull doesn’t not stand behind there products. Logo s fall off, Running shows come apart. Stay away from this company. Return policy is one side for ten benefit of the company. Also they won’t even call you or provide a phone number. Email return at their leisure.

Terrible customer service. You can’t call anyone … I wait a full day or 2 for an email or text response the. They act like they don’t care. I hope I get my order … it’s been 10 days!!! Shame for whoever own this business. Every business - especially a private business like this NEED all the business they can get. I will not be one of their customers for sure.

Ordered a product and immediately recognized I had the wrong shipping address. The communication for customer service is through text or email. I texted and immediately received a response stating that the order could not be changed once placed. There is no way that within 5 min of an order placement they cannot change the order in any way. I sent a few additional texts to see if there was any way around this, but nobody responded. If you can’t change simple and timely order information, you probably shouldn’t be in business. I do not care how good these shoes are, they will be my last pair.

What a ripoff! I paid for a digital gift card - never received it after three attempts with customer service. They said they would refund, but I am still waiting. Terrible service! Don't buy from them.

My shoes were sent to my old address somehow, I caught it right away and found out there is no customer service representative that I could talk to change it to my new one. I tried to email them to change the delivery to the correct one, but claimed there was nothing they could do because it was already shipped by UPS. That was not true because I when I contacted UPS they said that No bull had never created a shipping label yet and they didn't posses the package. Maybe they could change their name to All Bull! They couldn't even tell me that the final delivery would be made by USPS and that's who I needed to talk to. Never again no bull because you have zero customer service support and you are full of bull💩

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never received my order and customer service tells me they will open an investigation AFTER 10 days after when I should have received the product. I opened a dispute with my bank waiting for a refund from NOBULL After talking to them, they informed me that they won't be able to refund me the money, since there is a chargeback. I called my bank, I canceled the chargeback, that same day, my bank informs NOBULL that the chargeback has been canceled. NOBULL says that they never received any notification... My bank sends it AGAIN 10 days later... and the same situation.. My bank tells me they are NOT ACCEPTING the payment!!!! NOBULL is not doing ANYTHING to resolve this matter. One representative threatened me, saying that "IF YOU WIN THE CASE..." after 75 days, a refund will be issued... Are you serious right now????? NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam, they won't fill your order and will give you the runaround trying to delay a refund. I'm dealing with PayPal right now to get my money back. I've never dealt with a company this bad since 2005.

I hope writing this will help others avoid making the same mistake I did. Especially since “No Bull” seems to be paying for all the positive reviews everywhere. I got the ripstop running shoes, they’re quite good looking shoes. The performance is good... for one or two uses. The durability of the shoe is laughable considering how expensive they are. I went on one 4 mile run and found a hole in the fabric the next day. I went on a quick 1 mile run And found the hole to be even larger. I can’t speak on the quality of their other products, but this experience has discouraged me from trying them.

I bought my wife a pair of Nobull shoes for christmas. From all reviews and the price i paid for them. I believe its absurd of what they look just two months of use in enclosed areas such as a gym.She has about 4 other pairs of asics and some that are about one or two years old that are in better shape as the NoBull shoes.
