Order was over half way to my house when they requested it be returned to them. No excuses as to why and that they would send out another pair of a different style as mine were no longer in stock. Customer service was a joke. Find someone else to give your money to.

This company is horrible! Their website said order by 12/19 1 pm and they would deliver the order by 12/24 if you choose expedited shipping. I placed the order in the morning and chose expedited shipping, they shipped the order and it showed that the order will be delivered 12/31! BS of a company first and last time ordering from them! Absolute garbage of customer service, and the company is just looking to scam anyone and everyone shopping on their web! Shop any where else for your own good!

Horrible company, horrible customer service. Paid for the top expedited shipping option and it took longer than their free shipping. When inquiring about my order the support was horrible. The excuse was that the timing didnt take into consideration days for processing the order. I later bombarded with articles justifying the missed delivery window and at the end I was offered a 15% discount on my next order.... as if that was ever going to happen.

I ordered shoes in November for Christmas gift -never showed finally told lost Ordered a replacement and still no delivery and offered a 15% discount on next order for my troubles. As if I will order for the 3rd time Will NEVER a order again and will NEVER recommend

I don’t know what happened to this company but it appears they have gone downhill. I placed an order on November 28th on a pair of shoes that was a final sale item. I was ok with that because I purchased shoes from them a few years ago & was happy with them. I received an email on Dec 2nd saying my order still has not shipped & they will notify me when it does. It’s now Dec 19th & I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I reached out to customer service via their online website on Dec 16th & got no response. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them. Even if it is not a final sale item, you can’t cancel after 30 minutes of placing your order. Due to their no cancellation policy, they are expecting to hold on to your money for weeks without shipment despite promising a 1-2 day order processing time. This policy allows them to take advantage of consumers and that’s bad business. I will be reporting them to the dept of commerce. I’d advise anyone not to order from this company.

Stay away from this brand if you are a vendor/factory - apparels, accessories & footwears alike. They will try and get out of paying you because of their own design incompetence & choices of materials, they are also always trying to find the cheapest factory/country to produce their goods, hence sacrificing their quality while charging end consumer the same outrageous prices. Since 2023 and the take over, they have gone down hill and is evident by so many other consumer rating them 1 star, or 0 if that was possible. All in all, please don't waste your time and money on this brand ever.

I ordered two pair of trainers. I had previously purchased 3 pairs of shoes, and loved them. The trainers I recently purchased are uncomfortable, cut into my ankles and are smaller. I have tried to reach nobull for over a month. I spent $329 on shoes I cannot wear and have not received contact from customer service for 2 weeks. This is a horrible way to do business when I cannot return or speak to someone. If I could give less than a 1 I would

Trying to place my first order using FIRST50 code. $50.00 off 125.00 orders for new customers, well no matter what I place in my cart, I keep getting the "not valid for items in my cart". After reading all these bad reviews, I will not be ordering anyways. NO Bull?? I call Bull.

First time customer, 1/3 of my order was canceled because they over sold the items. The rest took two weeks to ship. They said they would provide expedited shipping due to the excessive processing time and didn’t do that either. Customer service is a joke. Will never buy again.

I have placed several orders with nobull. The last order was placed on September 29, 2024. As of today I still haven't received my items or a direct answer from nobull. Why do companies continue to do this to people that support their business?!?!. It doesn't take 2.5 weeks to ship 3 items. Chatted with nobull on Monday and still don't have a direct answer.

As a first time customer, ordered 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of pants during a sale. I found out after receiving them that the sale is final! The shoes are too big and pants are too small. What a waste and horrible that they don’t even give folks the opportunity to exchange for a different size. I will never shop again at this company and will not recommend them to anyone.

I have been asking for over 2 years for replacement laces that I am willing to pay for and they always say they are not available at this time!! I have an expensive pair of shoes that I will not wear because the laces are frayed so bad!! What a crappy company!!

It’s been weeks since ordering and no items have arrived. Intially said they’d sent the items and when I enquired I was assisted by email by a staff members who sent me a link. Jumped on the chat function and was fobbed off by a different one. Fast forward to now and for a week the items are allegedly sitting with their partner carrier who no one at NoBull seems to be able to contact. No Bull should be called All Bull.

NOBULL is Fraud and Cheat. They take services from the vendors and they never pay them. We also are a vendor who got cheated by Nobull and we have mailed Several mails to them also, tried calling their Accounting team but noone answered and finally we have to do this thing. I would request their team to reach out to me and resolve the matter by clearing our invoices.

I’ve been a loyal customer of NOBULL, having previously purchased items from their UK website without any issues. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I ordered trainers expecting UK size 9.5, just like my previous orders, but I received US size 9.5 (UK 8.5). There was no clear indication on the website that the sizes were in US measurements, and the checkout process did not clarify this crucial difference. To make matters worse, prices were displayed in British pounds, further reinforcing the belief that the sizes were UK-based. NOBULL claims that the UK website was removed some time ago and that all sales are now made through their US site, nobullproject.com. Despite this, they continued to use my data from the UK site to send promotional emails, misleading me into believing I was still dealing with NOBULL UK. When I reached out for a return or exchange, they refused, stating it was a final sale, despite the confusion caused by their unclear communication. They offered a 20% discount as a “courtesy,” but only on full-priced items, which feels like a hollow gesture given how misleading their marketing and website information were. I am incredibly disappointed with NOBULL’s lack of transparency and misleading practices. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping with them. A company that can’t be clear and upfront with its customers is not one worth supporting.
