“Order placed 19 September. Have not received any shipping details. I emailed on 26 September to inquire and was told that my order had been received and that I would receive an update in 24-48 hours. No update received. I emailed again a follow up on 3 October. No response has been received to my follow up. On 5 October, I reached out on the Nobull chat bot on their website and chatted with a representative who informed me that I would be receiving an update by end of day the following day (6 October) and to keep an eye on my email. Have not had any response since. I have emailed the company again on 11 October. No response received yet.”
“Years ago when I first bought the shoes, happy. Now your fulfillment and customer service is horrible. I've been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for two shirts. Throughout 4 attempts to check status, no response. Now on 4th attempt in Chat they tell me they are struggling with getting order delivery met and have no ETA on my shirts. No where on the site or in the process is this mentioned. Only two shirts but nearly $100.00 and I've spent 10x in the last few years.”

We LOVED their stuff last year, this year, nothing is the same.
We have 2 men's large shirts, a 2022 and a 2023. They are 6" different in length!
Contacted no bull they told us too bad at first "we have not heard of this problem". Then after sending a picture, they offered for us to send back the shirt for store credit but we had to pay shipping to and from the company and could not get the tax money back. It made our $38 short, $51. Also had to put in there that "this is a one time courtesy and will not be able to do this in the future". It wasn't like we bought it and didn't like it, the measurements on THE EXACT SAME SHIRT were 6" off. They even told us (eventually) that MULTIPLE people have reported this problem. So instead of fixing it, they make it hard for customers and don't actually fix it.. greedy, greedy, greedy. They don't respond to the actual problem, they make it difficult, they will never again receive our business.”

The knit runner sole started seperating from the shoe in about 4 days sent pics they sent me a new pair.
6 months later got the runner + same thing happened sent pics they replaced

The first pair were trainers, I find them very comfortable however after 6 months they have worn through the heel
I also purchased a pair of runners which the top has frayed in about 4 months with minimal wear
Very disappointing given the price of the shoe I would expect better quality
What’s even more disappointing is that my after numerous emails to contact their warranty department I’ve received no response

“I decided to give No Bulls a try. I have been wearing Brooks religiously for 6 years. After 1 week I have the worst heel blisters I’ve ever experienced. I do like the foot bed with the increased cushion and support, but this shoe takes some getting used to. The heel cup is higher and it’s much thinner around the back which is why I resulted in having horrible blisters. I run everyday. I’ve never had any problem with Brooks. One week break was enough for me. These $200 shoes are not worth it. Save your money.”
“BE AWARE, once you submit an order to Nobull, there is zero grace time to allow you to cancel, for any reason.
I placed an order through the Nobull web site. Thinking the order was not processed I submitted it again. I immediately contacted Nobull customer service and requested that they cancel my duplicate order which was placed in error. The customer service “canned” email reply came 24 hours later, informing me that once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. I was advised to return the order when received. I discovered that the return was at my expense.
Although I had purchased Nobull shoes before this incident, this will be my last purchase. Their order processing zero has flexibility for customer error.
I am still waiting for my $200 refund. Nobull does not offer telephone customer service.”
“Ordered from legit site (nobullproject.com), and had awful experience with customer service regarding conflicting policy wording on returns/exchanges. Couldn't get a straight answer after 4 emails on how to return shoes when wrong ones were sent - i even had no issue paying return costs (despite this being ridiculous), and gave up. If anything goes wrong, customer service will not help. They don't stand by their products, quality is poor (several shirts are not pilling after only a few uses - shouldn't be happening when paying $100+), and they don't even honor their return/exchange policy. I'm sure they're great if your order goes well, otherwise you've been warned!”
“An appalling experience. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. NoBull Australia is a scam. I ordered and paid $100 for NoBull trainers and received eventually (after several dubious emails from China) a pair of cheap plastic sunglasses. Then to be told the trainer shoes were no longer available and a refund was not possible until I had paid for sunglasses to be returned via tracked shipping.
Next step will be ACCC and the CMA in the UK but I am far from hopeful.”
