“I don’t recommend to buy anything on this website. First of all, the quality of their stuff is awful (at least, shoes). Cheap, stinky faux materials that look much better on photos than in real. I waited for my order to arrive over a month. When I got it, it turned out to be in a different color. When I tried to reach the customer service via email, the fun began... get ready, guys, to be ignored because the only person you can contact with is the robot. You will never be able to make any returns nor get your money back. It was my hard lesson, so, don’t make the same mistake!”

“One month after placing my order, I contacted customer service. They sent me a tracking number that said, "USPS Awaiting Item." Six weeks after placing my order, I contacted noracora through PayPal, asking for a refund. I received the same reply as I had gotten with customer service—again with a useless tracking number. A week later I finally received HALF of my order. I escalated the claim with PayPal. It took over two months to get my order, and customer service was useless. I honestly believe if I had not opened a claim with PayPal I would never have received my order. Moral of this story: Do not do business with this company.”
“Do not buy from this company. The clothes we received are nothing like the great pictures on their website. Their prices seemed to be too good to be real. The prices are low because they deliver shoddy, cheaply produced items. The colors were not remotely close to what they show. The fabric was paper-thin. Their website has a very thinly worded return policy that is not anywhere close to what they send you when a return authorization is asked for. The offered up a 15% credit to call it a day. Also, we would have to incur the cost of shipping to China and perhaps pay customs???This is pure scam.”
“Six weeks after they claimed to ship, the items have still not arrived the tracking number went dead, so no sign of shipment. I have contacted them numerous times and asked for a refund. They say they will not refund while it is still in transit. Six weeks in transit seems more than ample time to be patient. Their email response seems like a robot. I have not been able to find a phone number. I think this is a bogus company. Don't order from them! If I could give zero stars, I would.”
“Dress was advertsed as cotton, when it arrived it was made of man made fiber. On asking for a refund they insisted dress was returned to China at our expense. Buyer Beware, they lied about the fabric and have no customer service, probably because they can get away with it”
