I saw an ad for noracora on my weather channel app and the clothes looked really cute. I stupidly assumed that a company with an advertisement that I’ve seen on reputable websites would be a reputable company. I purchased 3 items on 6/8/20 and finally got a shipment confirmation on 6/16/20. Still have not received anything, and I’m starting to think I won’t. On the shipment confirmation, one of the items was blank (see photo below). I sent inquiries several times regarding why the image of one of the items was blank and how to track my order and got canned responses for the most part. TRACKING DOES NOT WORK! When you try and track through your order number you end up in an endless loop sending you back to noracora’s home page. (See photo). There is no phone number to call. I’ve looked everywhere trying to find a contact number. Please beware of this company! I haven’t received my items but have now read from other customers reviews that the clothing is of really poor quality. This was my $50 wake-up call. I’ll never let it happen again. Will be reporting them to the BBB. And you can’t get refunds. Apparently you have to return the items all the way back to China, incurring those postage costs, or Noracora may give you a 15-20% refund if you are actually successful in getting a response at all. BEWARE OF NORACORA!!”

Pandemic or not they need to put a BIG disclaimer on the site that items may take 4-8 weeks to arrive. Clothes are seasonal and need to arrive in a timely manner.”

“Customer service is not bad. It did take 2 months to receive my order, maybe due to pandemic. Everything was sized right. But, the items I received were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a sweater and I got a jacket with a sweater printed on it, and my plaid cotton shirt was some silky material with a plaid print on it. Do they not have cotton or wool? They should just say what it really is.”

“DON'T DO IT! JUST DON'T! Total scam, and I agree with others that the company (loose definition) that they must be using other designer's photos for their ads. The absolute cheapest clothing I've ever seen; that is the few things that have arrived this past week from my early May order. What was supposed to be a soft, pretty tee is actually a cheap polyester and the sleeves and bottom were never hemmed! (See pics). And the soft looking bibs with the sweet flowers is a cheap, stiff jean material with iron on patches! And what was supposed to be a pair of dark khaki low rise pants are the color of baby poop with pleats (pleats! Like old lady poly pleats!) And from the waist to the crotch is half the pant! Seriously, I couldn't give them away. I am absolutely kicking myself for not checking reviews. The pictures got me in addition to their ads popping up on reputable sites.
I've not yet received a reply to my email demanding a refund for the unfinished, cheap and ugly shirt. I'm just going to take a loss on the others. A few other items came and are equally horrible and cheap. Sizing is completely wrong, worst material ever. I cringe at the thought of what the rest of my order will be; that is if I ever get it.
The tracking is all wrong, totally fixed and untruthful. They supposedly sat with a "pick up" company in CA and NY since early June, yet just now arrived??
PLEASE, PLEASE, my fellow consumers DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! And those positive reviews? They have to totally be receiving compensation. No one, and I mean no one, would ever be a satisfied customer. This company needs shut down asap, but even then they have made a crapton of money from suckered like us. :(”
“I mistakenly placed an order on the Noracora site and immediately contacted them via email (they do not have a phone contact number nor does the "Contact Us" on their site work). It is a day and a half later and I am now on my 10th email with the same request - cancel my order and confirm same. I have only received one "generic" response which contained general information. Clearly they are a SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and contact your AG and FTC to issue formal complaints.”
